At Rare Musee, every garment is made to order — hand-sketched, placed with intention, and produced specially for you. Because each piece is unique to the person who ordered it, we do not offer returns. We do, however, believe in getting it right — and our exchange policy reflects that.

We encourage all customers to refer to our size guide before placing an order, and to reach us on Instagram @theraremusee with any sizing questions before purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order enters production and cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, contact us immediately on Instagram @theraremusee with your order number. Cancellations confirmed within the 24-hour window will receive a full refund.
If the size does not fit, we will exchange your piece for the correct size — subject to the following conditions:

If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size, you must send the garment back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and intact. Return shipping is at your own cost — please use a tracked courier and share the details with us on Instagram @theraremusee. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will begin producing your new size. Your replacement will be dispatched within 10-12 days. To initiate an exchange, contact us on Instagram @theraremusee with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
In the rare event that a garment arrives torn, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right — without question.
If you would prefer a full refund for a defective piece, we will process it in full upon receiving and inspecting the returned garment.
If you would prefer a replacement piece, we will produce and dispatch a new one for you at no charge within 10-12 days of receiving the return.
To report a defective garment, please contact us on Instagram @theraremusee within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a photograph clearly showing the damage. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Share your order number, the reason for the exchange or refund request, and photographs of the garment if applicable.
Once approved, ship the piece back to us at your own cost using a tracked courier service. Share the tracking details with us.
Upon receiving and inspecting the garment, we will confirm your exchange size or process your refund. Your replacement will be dispatched within 10-12 days.
